Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing is conducted on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding the following U.S. holidays:

  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Shipping Carriers

At WearCocoon, we partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to deliver your items efficiently and securely.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. While we strive for timely deliveries, please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

For orders within the continental United States, delivery typically takes 4 – 9 business days. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Personalized Orders

Customized or personalized items may require extra processing time depending on the complexity of the order. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Order Tracking

After your order confirmation, please allow 1 – 3 business days for processing. You will receive an email with your tracking link once your package is ready.

Note: Tracking updates can take 3 – 7 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. If your tracking status remains unavailable, it means the package hasn’t been scanned yet. Contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International locations

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information during checkout:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.
  • WearCocoon is not responsible for items sent to wrong addresses or returned by the carrier.
  • Returned orders may be disposed of by our shipping partners.
  • Reshipping fees will apply for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items if delivery instructions include forwarding or redirection.
