Refund & Return Policy – WearCocoon
At WearCocoon, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, our return process is simple and stress-free.
1. Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before checkout — especially size, color, and quantity.
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.
- No Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within this window are free of charge.
- After 24 Hours: If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
📧 To cancel your order: Email support@wearcocoon.com with your order number as soon as possible.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 120 days of delivery. Beyond this window, all sales are final.
You may return an item if:
- It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- It arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong product
- It significantly differs from the product description
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)
- Damage not caused by WearCocoon
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email support@wearcocoon.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Brief description of the problem
- Proof of purchase (and shipping receipt if applicable)
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Do not return any item without prior approval — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds include original shipping charges.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
⏳ Processing Time: It may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Our Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping is free.
- Customer Preference: If returning for reasons such as wrong size or changed mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Use a trackable shipping method. WearCocoon is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
6. Exchanges
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections (e.g., wrong size or color).
- You may cancel within 24 hours and place a new order.
